What we do
Every Daloy engagement moves through three stages: See it, Fix it, Own it. Most of the heavy lifting happens in the middle, across four kinds of work.
Stage one
See it
It starts with the Operations Review. A structured, scored look at how your business runs across five dimensions: how work flows, how standardized it is, how much leverage you get from systems, how well change sticks, and how disciplined your hiring is. You leave with your Daloy Operations Score, your three costliest friction points sized in hours and impact, the math on your next planned hire, and a sequenced operating roadmap. Yours to keep either way.
Stage two
Fix it
Four kinds of work. Your roadmap tells us which ones, in what order.
SERVICE 01
Unblock how work moves
Growth ceilings usually aren't a strategy problem. They're a routing problem. We map the path work actually takes through your business, then redesign the parts where it stalls, doubles back, or waits on a single person.
The result: decisions and work that keep moving without you in the loop.
What we map
- How work actually flows today, end to end
- Where it stalls, queues, or routes back through you
- Ownership for every step, not every decision
- Cleaner handoffs between people and systems
- Approval paths that aren't a bottleneck by design
SERVICE 02
One way of working, across the team
When every site, team, or hire does it their own way, quality becomes a coin flip. We build the playbooks and rituals that lock in one way of working. Output stays steady whether it's the founding team or a new hire on the floor.
The result: the same quality bar, no matter who's executing.
What we put in place
- Playbooks for the work that has to be done the same way every time
- Onboarding paths that get new hires productive faster
- Operating rhythms (standups, reviews, checkpoints) that fit your team
- A shared definition of 'done' across sites and functions
- Light-touch dashboards so drift gets caught early
SERVICE 03
AI on the repetitive work
We build AI where it earns its keep, once the workflow is standardized and the underlying data is clean enough to support it. Assistants and automations wired into the specific work that's quietly eating your team's week. The kind your team actually opens on a Tuesday.
The result: hours back every week and fewer manual errors.
What we build
- AI assistants trained on your operating context
- Automations for the manual work nobody should still be doing
- Reporting and document workflows your team stops touching
- Lightweight agents where the workflow genuinely warrants one
- Guardrails and review steps so output stays trustworthy
SERVICE 04
Make the change land
Most operating improvements die during rollout, not design. Sometimes the change is ours. Sometimes you already bought the software or restructured the team and it just is not sticking. Either way, we work alongside your team, sequence the change so the business does not stall, and stay until the new way of working is the default.
The result: improvements that are running the business 90 days in, not sitting in a slide presentation.
Every Daloy engagement ends in Own it. This service is for when the change that needs to land is bigger than a handover.
What we roll out
- Implementation sequencing so change doesn't stall the business
- Training and hands-on support during the switch
- Tooling and AI rolled out with the workflow, not after it
- Adoption tracking so we know what's actually being used
- Resistance handling: finding why a change is being worked around, and fixing the workflow, not blaming the team
Stage three
Own it
Most consultants build dependence. We build capability. Every project ends with your team trained to run and extend what we built: a documented playbook, an ops lead who can operate and adjust the workflows, and one person on your team developed into your in-house operations champion. You should need us for what is next, not for what is already running.
No retainers to start.
No open-ended scope.
No surprises.
You commit one step at a time, and only as far as the value justifies. Here is how each step works and what you are agreeing to.
Operations Review
Complimentary for qualified operators
Before we talk scope or cost, we do a focused review of how your business operates today. It's a 45–60 minute working conversation, not a sales call.
First Project
Fixed scope, fixed price with Projects starting at $10,000.
One defined outcome from your roadmap. Price and scope agreed before any work starts. If we miss the scope, that is our problem, not your invoice.
Ongoing Partnership
Monthly. Scoped quarterly.
Month to month, no annual lock-in. Quarterly re-score keeps us accountable to a number you can see. If the score stops moving, you should stop paying us.
Next step
Not sure which one fits? Start with a Review.
The Operations Review surfaces where the friction actually is, and which of the four would pay off fastest.
